What Barileon does - and doesn't do

Our role is to introduce

  • Review carer identity, right-to-work and DBS documents before publishing profiles.
  • Provide search, enquiries, messaging and transparent fee information.
  • Receive and act on safeguarding concerns and complaints about platform use.
  • We do not employ carers, schedule shifts, direct or supervise the support they provide.
  • We do not currently introduce personal care (such as washing, dressing or medication).

Barileon Connect is an introductory platform linking families with independent support workers, who agree arrangements directly with clients. Barileon Limited is not currently registered with the CQC and does not provide or supervise support. Only non-regulated services are available - no personal care.
