Barileon Limited (registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF) is the controller of personal data processed through Barileon Connect under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We process account, profile, enquiry and message data to operate the marketplace, and carer identity and vetting documents to verify carers before publication.
Documents are stored in private storage, accessible only to the carer and authorised administrators. Access to documents is logged.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing client@barileon.com.
Barileon Connect is an introductory platform linking families with independent support workers, who agree arrangements directly with clients. Barileon Limited is not currently registered with the CQC and does not provide or supervise support. Only non-regulated services are available - no personal care.
