Our commitments
We review identity, right to work, DBS and insurance documents before any worker profile is published; give every signed-in user an in-app way to report concerns; triage reports by urgency with a designated safeguarding lead; may restrict or suspend accounts while concerns are looked into; and refer to the police or local authority safeguarding teams where needed.

Confidentiality
Reports are seen only by authorised safeguarding staff. We share information only where needed to keep people safe or where the law requires it.
Barileon Connect is an introductory platform linking families with independent support workers, who agree arrangements directly with clients. Barileon Limited is not currently registered with the CQC and does not provide or supervise support. Only non-regulated services are available - no personal care.
