Families use Barileon Connect free of charge. Independent support workers pay a fixed monthly membership fee for listing visibility and access to enquiries. Membership does not guarantee enquiries, clients or earnings.
Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation. Cancel any time in My Membership. You keep access until the end of the paid month. 14-day cooling-off right for consumers. Policy
VAT. Prices are the total you pay. Barileon Limited is not currently charging VAT on memberships; if this changes after professional tax advice, VAT will be shown clearly before you pay.

Every worker meets the same identity, safeguarding and profile approval requirements whichever plan they choose. A paid plan is never a sign of better safety, checks or care quality.
Barileon Connect is operated by Barileon Limited (Company No. 08496766). Barileon Connect is an introductory platform connecting individuals and families with independent support workers. Barileon Limited is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The platform currently facilitates introductions for non-regulated support services only, including companionship, shopping assistance and everyday practical support. Barileon does not provide, manage, direct or supervise the support delivered by independent workers. Clients and workers agree their arrangements directly. Regulated personal care is not currently available through Barileon Connect.
